Working Principle of Automatic Door Sensor
Automatic door sensors are sensors that belong to a kind of control sensors. It realizes the automation of door switch through microwave and infrared induction. Mainly used for automatic doors, revolving doors, etc.
Microwave sensor: Also known as microwave radar, it reacts to the movement of objects, so the reaction speed is fast. It is suitable for places where people with normal walking speed pass. Its characteristic is that once people near the door don't want to go out, it still is. It will not respond, the automatic door will close, and there may be squeezing.
Infrared sensor: Respond to the presence of objects, no matter whether the person is moving, as long as it is within the scanning range of the sensor, it will respond. The response speed of infrared sensors is slower than that of microwave sensors.
Parameter
1. Installation height is less than 2.5 meters
2. Longitudinal detection range: full beam 12°-20°, sub-beam 3.5°-1.5° (5 segments)
3. Ambient temperature -25°C-+55°C, humidity lower than 95%
4. Alarm output capacity DC50V, 0.5A (impedance load)
5. Pulse count 1 2 3 4 pulse adjustable
6. Warm-up time is about 40 seconds
7. Output duration 1.5 seconds ± 0.5 seconds
8.Sensitivity adjustment is adjusted by the sensitivity knob
working principle
When the automatic door sensor detects that someone has entered, the pulse signal is transmitted to the main controller, and the main controller informs the motor to run after judgment and monitors the number of motor revolutions.
Sensor chip notify the motor to force and enter the slow running state at a certain time. After the motor gets a certain running current, it will run forward and the power will be transmitted to the synchronous belt. Then the timing belt transmits the power to the spreader system to open the door leaf. After the door is opened, the controller will make a judgment. If the door is closed, the motor is notified to reverse. Move to the door and close the door leaf.
